The McGuires are an award-winning Southern Gospel group from New Brunswick, Canada. Todd and Penny McGuire have been singing gospel music together for over twenty years. They met at Northeast Christian College in Fredericton, NB, and married in the spring of 1996. Todd and Penny have two children, Desiree and Christopher. Chris married Ashley in May of 2021. He owns and operates his own barbershop in New Brunswick. Desiree married her fiancé, Samual, in August of 2022; she is a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Todd and Penny served for twenty years as pastors in various churches in New Brunswick and as full-time evangelists and music ministers.

The McGuires have ministered throughout Canada, the USA, and also in West Africa. They have a total of 11 Southern Gospel and Christmas projects in their repertoire. The McGuires have been members of the Maritime Gospel Music Association since the inception of the organization.

The McGuires were also nominated for an East Coast Music Award in 2017 for their album, “Livin’ for That Day.”

Most recently, they received a “Mercy Award” and were inducted into the New Brunswick Gospel Music Hall of Fame 2024.
